These confirmations will be required before registration can be submitted when the form opens.

02Limited contact information

When registration opens, provide either an email address or a mobile number—not both. Exact birthdate, home address, social-media profile, medical details, and IDs will not be collected here.

03Team and transportation

04Process for applicants under 18

An applicant under 18 remains pending. A parent or guardian's name and contact route will be requested only through a separate, restricted authorization process. No minor can be confirmed until authorization is recorded.

05Availability and commitment
Please avoid last-minute cancellations.

The Manila van is limited to 12–14 volunteers. Once attendance is confirmed, a seat is reserved and transportation costs are committed.
